I can certainly attest to the fact that Jayco does indeed stand behind their product. I can also state that Ricks RV goes to bat for their customers. I am very glad that I didn't try to save a few bucks buying a lesser brand or from an "internet dealer". It is fortunate that Ricks RV and Jayco stand behind their product and take care of their customers. We were in Joliet when the roof air conditioner on our Fleetwood Discovery started giving us problems. We stopped in the dealership, discussed the problem with Mike and were told to bring the motor home back the next day. We did and it was diagnosed. The part was ordered and arrived in 2 days. We brought the motor home back that day and the part was changed out immediately. We were in and out of the dealership within 2 hours.
